CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
The short answer: Yes. Always!

But…Claire Designer Bags is a small business specializing in vintage and pre-loved designer items. Every piece is carefully selected, inspected, and packaged with great attention to detail. Each order truly means the world to us.

We understand that you may change your mind after making a purchase. However, we kindly ask you to shop consciously and avoid impulsive decisions. Processing returns requires significant time and care from our small team and has a real impact on our daily operations.

If you have any doubts or would like advice before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help you choose a piece that truly feels right for you.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Send an email to info@clairedesignerbags.com, including your order number and return request.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

Returns without original packaging, missing components, or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Layaway purchases and search-on-request items are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if the returned item meets all return conditions
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the return
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
If a discount was applied, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid

Missing or damaged components may result in a partial refund or refusal
The original shipping costs (from us to you) will be refunded only if the entire order is returned within the 14-day withdrawal period

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment.
If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted
Please contact us immediately at info@clairedesignerbags.com, and we will ensure the matter is handled as quickly and carefully as possible.
